Questions

Do I have to quit my job?

No. The coaching and deal desk are built for people who still work. You get files and structure. You do not get a second full-time job.

What markets do you cover?

Kenneth's core is the Bronx and Delaware, with decades in New York. If your money is elsewhere, say so on the call and he will tell you if he can help.

Wholesale, subject-to, or owner finance?

All three, chosen for the file, not a favorite tactic. Coaching covers how to read which structure belongs on which house.

I am a first-time buyer. Is this for me?

Yes, if you want a broker who will slow you down. Kenneth also works with seasoned investors who already know the language and want sourced deals.

Do you manage properties?

Floyd Management has run premium rentals and private homes in the Bronx since 9/1/2014. Management is separate from coaching. Ask on the call if you need both.
